Easy Electrical Floorplan offers a comprehensive platform for designing, editing, and sharing electrical floor plans, catering to both electricians and electrical engineers. Its extensive library includes over 70 electrical components, alongside robust functionalities for exporting and disseminating project data.

The application supports the upload of custom floor plans in PDF or image formats. Users can easily import files by clicking the upload button, allowing the software to render their floor plan visually on-screen. It accommodates both single and multi-page PDFs, enabling the management of complex projects involving multiple levels from a single interface.

The component library is notable for its diversity, with over 70 electrical elements available. Users can also utilize a custom line drawing tool to connect components logically within their plans. The software imposes no restrictions on component quantity, facilitating large and detailed project layouts without limitation.

A comprehensive list of components and labels is accessible within the app’s interface. Additionally, every exported project automatically includes this menu on the back page, ensuring clarity and completeness in documentation.

Project management is enhanced by features allowing clients' details to be added directly into the plan. These details are then automatically printed on the exported file’s front page. The space can also be used to include introductory notes, custom instructions, or other pertinent information for stakeholders.

The software provides tools for precise budgeting. Each placed component is automatically tallied in a pricing table, where users can assign individual prices. The total project cost is dynamically calculated, supporting accurate cost estimation and financial planning.

Furthermore, a global pricing feature allows users to set default prices for component types, streamlining repetitive tasks across multiple projects. Price adjustments via percentage increments are straightforward; users select a percentage increase, and the software recalculates totals accordingly while maintaining confidentiality of such adjustments in exported documentation.

The platform facilitates the creation of professional PDF reports that are suitable for client presentations, with a simple two-tap process generating complete project specifications within seconds.

Project files can be saved, stored securely, and shared seamlessly among team members, fostering collaboration.

A trial version with limited features is available for download at no cost. An optional subscription unlocks full functionalities — including additional icon libraries and export options — with flexible cancellation policies.
